Italy is subdivided into 20 regions, each with their own unique ingredients, techniques and specialty dishes. Every Thursday, starting November 5, Chef Stuart Lane of Artusi will pay homage to Italy’s districts with regionally inspired, prix fixe dinners in the restaurant.
