Valentine’s Day Menu Unveiled!

Chefs Jason Stratton, Sasha Rosenfeld, and the Artusi team, have composed a terrific Valentine’s Day dinner with a limited, a la carte menu available only at the bar.  Bar manager, Adam Fortuna is at the ready to match your meal with the perfect cocktail or a splurge-worthy, Italian bottle of wine.

Classic Russian salad wrapped in swiss chard with caviar and caper shoots

Lamb carpaccio with cuore di tonno, pinenut and black olive oil *supplement $13

Turnip soup with cured foie gras and verjus

Lasagna aperta with squid ink, controne beans and Dungeness crab

Poached veal tenderloin with fontina, rye, local white truffles and prosciutto broth
