Bryn Quarles grew up in Port Townsend, Washington, but has been living in Seattle for 11 years. With over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry focused mainly on spirits and wine, to say it’s a passion, is an understatement.
Bryn has spent years studying French and Italian wine and spirits and presents a deep knowledge and talent for the creation of original recipes. She currently runs the beverage program at Artusi. You can taste her creations with a line of bottled cocktails and in-house cocktail offerings.
